Helping
women Build
health
without Obsession.
Body Image Educator, Speaker, and Registered Dietitian helping women reclaim their time, energy, and identity from diet and wellness culture.
A Different Approach To health
For many women, “wellness” no longer feels supportive - it feels exhausting. What’s marketed as health can quietly become obsession, self-surveillance, and the belief that our bodies are lifelong projects to fix.
My work helps women reconnect with health in a way that supports their lives instead of consuming them.
Why This Work Matters
For a long time, I believed my body was one of the most important things about me.
Like many women, I learned early that being smaller, prettier, healthier, or more disciplined would make me feel more worthy.
I quickly learned how pervasive this obsession can be. Often guised in “health” quickly turns into constant desire to control, self-monitoring and shrinking one’s life.
The truth is, the constant pursuit of a smaller body turned into the creation of a smaller life.
After starting my own work to self acceptance and true health, I realized how many women are living in this trap. So Today, as a Registered Dietitian and Body Image Educator, my work is helping women build a different relationship with health and with themselves -one rooted in trust, flexibility, and a life that feels bigger, fuller, and more authentic.
As I always say, health is the floor to building our lives, not the ceiling.
